Acceptance of any quotation or submission of a purchase order constitutes agreement to these terms.
Products may be new, surplus, or refurbished.
Returns require prior approval and may incur restocking fees.
Liability is limited strictly to the value of goods supplied.
Governed by South African law.
Custom agreements override standard terms where agreed in writing.
